Liz brings more than two decades of marketing leadership—and a sharp instinct for brand strategy—to her role as CEO of Sixfold. After years building market-respected brands in professional services and healthcare, Liz launched Sixfold to answer a growing demand: bold, clear, high-impact storytelling in an industry where clarity is often hard to come by.

Sixfold was born inside Goodroot, where Liz helped launch and grow a portfolio of healthcare ventures as Chief Marketing Officer. With deep experience in both the creative and operational sides of agency work, Liz now leads a nimble team of strategists, writers, and designers working at the intersection of branding, digital, and healthcare innovation.

She sets the vision, drives growth, and stays hands-on with every aspect of the business—from shaping go-to-market strategy to building strong client relationships and mentoring her team. Her focus: ensuring every deliverable moves the needle, and every partnership feels like an extension of the client’s own team.

Before Sixfold and Goodroot, Liz helped scale Blum Shapiro into the largest regional CPA firm in New England, leading a firm wide rebrand that unlocked new growth and ultimately made the company an attractive acquisition for a top 10 national firm. Her work—anchored in sharp messaging, digital transformation, and content that drives trust—continues to influence how professional services firms position themselves in crowded markets.

In recognition of her work, Liz received the Hartford Business Journal’s Chief Marketing Officer award and was selected to the Executive Leadership Committee for the American Heart Association’s Go Red for Women Campaign. She is also a member of the Connecticut Women’s Council.

Brianna Miller

Senior Director of Content

Brianna is a content strategist, storyteller, and editorial powerhouse with more than 15 years of experience crafting brand narratives that drive results—especially in healthcare. As Senior Director of Content at Sixfold, Brianna leads with both strategy and style, overseeing everything from messaging frameworks and campaign copy to brand voice, social media, and thought leadership development.

With a rare ability to distill complex healthcare topics into compelling narratives, Brianna ensures that every word we publish is clear, credible, and creatively differentiated. Her work has helped launch new brands, build trust with employers, brokers, TPAs, patients and payers, and generate strong pipeline value for healthcare innovators.

At Sixfold, she sets the tone—literally. Brianna develops brand messaging foundations that define how our clients sound and show up in the market, and she directs the content team in executing high-impact campaigns across every channel. She’s also the go-to mind behind strategic positioning, long-form insight guides, and campaigns that connect with stakeholders across the healthcare landscape.

Dan Sullivan

Design Director

Design that doesn’t just land—it leaves a mark.

Dan Sullivan brings over 20 years of creative leadership—and a deep belief in the power of design to drive impact. As Design Director at Sixfold, Dan leads visual strategy across brand, product, and campaign initiatives, ensuring every creative asset not only looks good, but solves problems, clarifies ideas and tells the right story.

With a background spanning top agencies and in-house roles, Dan’s portfolio includes work for national brands like USAA, Humana, CVS, Bose, Samsung, Hasbro, Saucony and Meta. His design philosophy is rooted in systems thinking, storytelling and translating complexity into clarity, especially in healthcare, where trust and experience are everything.

Prior to Sixfold, Dan led creative teams at MAD*POW (now BORN), Amp Agency, and Bose Corporation. He also founded DDESIGNED, a boutique consultancy serving clients in tech, wellness and finance. From brand launches to experiential campaigns, Dan has helped brands show up sharper, smarter and more strategically across every touchpoint.

At Sixfold, he partners closely with clients and collaborators to shape the visual expression of each brand, bringing ideas to life through bold, intentional and aligned design.

Turning ambiguity into alignment. Dan thrives on partnering with clients to find clarity, define their vision, and create work that feels as good as it looks. For him, great design isn’t just aesthetic—it’s strategic.

When he’s not building brands, he’s probably building something else, whether it’s a furniture layout, a tiny pixel art world, or the perfect home for his two cats. He’s also a connoisseur of craft beer and a sucker for good typography and clean lines.
